About the role

Supporting the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives, Operating Principals are [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s general problem solvers.

You'll take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities
  • Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
  • Leading and executing key company initiatives

What you'll need

  • A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
  • A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
  • 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
  • Experience working abroad or as an expat

Compensation range

Poland: PLN17,300 - PLN23,100 gross monthly

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
