About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth globally. We're looking for a Growth Account Executive who will leverage industry knowledge and product expertise to match customers with the best solutions and drive adoption of new features.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities that deepen customer relationships
  • Building rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets in line with KPIs

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Excellent communication skills over phone and email
  • 2+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally B2B
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in telesales or account management
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN9,000 - PLN11,600 gross monthly. Poland: PLN9,000 - PLN11,600 gross monthly. Other locations: Discussed during interview.
