Junior Operations Executive. Central London
London | Permanent | £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Our client is a boutique London-based law firm specialising in complex, high-value, and cross-border matters. The firm advises corporates, investors, and high-net-worth individuals on dispute resolution, regulatory issues, and international legal strategy.
Job Description
The Junior Operations Executive supports the firm’s operational processes, ensuring that systems, data, and administrative workflows are maintained accurately and efficiently. The role provides support across CRM management, client onboarding, and internal systems, contributing to the overall structure and consistency of the firm’s operations.
Responsibilities
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records accurately; Track pipeline stages and ensure data is current; Support reporting on pipeline activity.
- Administrative & Systems Support: Support document management and file organisation; Assist with maintaining accurate matter records in Clio and other systems; Ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Client Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding processes, including KYC and documentation; Ensure all required information is collected and recorded; Support the Practice Manager in maintaining onboarding standards.
- Marketing & Business Support: Assist with directory and award submissions; Support SEO and content coordination; Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives.
- Process Support: Assist with maintaining internal documentation and processes; Support the implementation of operational improvements; Provide general administrative support across the team.
Key Skills
- 0–2 years’ experience in an administrative, legal, or operations role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with systems and data
