Job Description

As the Retail Marketing Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] UK, you will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing customer engagement, and promoting [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s products and services through retail channels. You will develop and implement innovative retail marketing strategies that align with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s brand values and deliver results across retail touchpoints, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and deliver retail marketing strategies & campaigns that drive [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] product sales, strengthen brand presence, and enhance the in‑store customer experience.
  • Use market insights and consumer trends to shape [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s retail marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns resonate with target customers.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated retail campaigns across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Glass, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Mobile, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Broadband and more.
  • Manage in‑store activations, digital activity, promotions and events to create impactful customer touchpoints.
  • Build strong partnerships internal and external agencies to deliver seamless campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyse campaign performance, reporting insights, sales impact, ROI and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign management, from concept to execution, within both physical and digital retail environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to optimize campaigns and measure performance.
  • Highly creative making sure all customer facing comms live & breathe the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand
  • Exceptional communication, partner & agency management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present work to senior stakeholders
  • Process driven with strong organisation skills and highly capable of planning and prioritising
  • Knowledge and confidence to make considered recommendations for prioritisation

Team overview

The retail marketing team sits within the Routes To Marketing & Performance side of the business and is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth across retail channels. This team collaborates closely with product, sales and creative teams to design and implement in store promotions, merchandising strategies and digital marketing campaigns. They analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and sales data to optimise marketing initiatives and enhance the customer shopping experience. The team ensures consistent brand messaging and effective communication across all retail touchpoints, contributing to the company’s overall business objectives.
