About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Sales: Deliver, maximise and exceed sales targets in store; maintain availability of all products; ensure team familiarity with products; make sure all customer purchases are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customer queries are dealt with promptly and effectively; achieve company standards on housekeeping, floor presentation and space planning; participate in weekly stock takes and report abnormal counts.
  • Staffing/Operations: Ensure staffing levels match business needs; prepare, monitor and action daily task board; actively drive team's knowledge of Top Sellers and Department Stock Loss; assist Store Manager with staffing issues; cash handling/security/daily spot checks; ensure company cash/stock handling procedures; responsible for opening and closing of the Store.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record as a Retail Manager in a fast paced retail environment
  • High level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target driven and customer service orientated
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
  • Self starter with a can do attitude
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
