The Role

An opportunity has arisen for two Operatives to join the Production Team, working a 3-shift rotating pattern. We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and driven individual who can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude together with excellent organisation skills. It is expected that the successful applicant will be a strong communicator with ability to support continuous drive for increased production output and reduced wastage.

Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided. It is expected that Production Operatives will be able to train in multiple areas providing a multi skilled and flexible team.

The shift pattern consists of: Week One - 2pm to 10pm, Week Two - 6am to 2pm and Week Three - 10pm to 6am.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Able to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
  • A good team player able to work as part of a crew and on their own
  • Self-motivated
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
