Early Years Practitioner – Kingsbury, London, NW9
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring an Early Years Practitioner for a term-time, permanent position in Kingsbury, London. Salary starting at £13.00 per hour (£18,525 per annum). Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, shifts between 8am–6pm. Contract: Term Time, 38 weeks, permanent.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and learning in line with EYFS
- Support children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Observe and track children’s progress, sharing updates with families
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
About You
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (full and relevant)
- Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Confident mentoring and coaching abilities
- Experience supporting SEND children (desirable)
- Leadership potential with strong initiative and teamwork skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
