Room Leader – Putney, London SW15
Salary: £29,000–£36,000 per year (depending on experience/role/hours)
Hours: 37–45 hours per week | 4 or 5 days | 8am–6pm with 1-hour break | Permanent, all year round
Not suitable for school-hours or term-time applicants

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the room team
- Assist managers when required
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS programmes
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and children
About You
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (full and relevant)
- Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Experience supporting SEND children (desirable)
- Leadership potential with strong initiative and teamwork skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
