Early Years Practitioner – Burnham, Buckinghamshire, SL1
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner for a nursery in Burnham, Buckinghamshire. This full-time permanent role offers £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (up to £29,120pa) with shifts between 7:30am and 6:30pm, 40 hours per week, 4 or 5 days.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver activities that support children's learning, development, and play, in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe and assess children's progress, keeping records and communicating with parents or senior staff
- Provide care and supervision, ensuring children's safety, wellbeing, and hygiene
- Support children's social and emotional development, encouraging positive behaviour and interactions
About You
- Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
- Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
- Eligible to work in the UK
