Nursery Room Leader – Brighton, East Sussex, BN1
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader for a full-time permanent position in Brighton. Salary: £27,000–£30,160pa (up to £14.50/hour). Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, shifts between 7am–7pm. Must hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support your room team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Act as a key person for a small group of children
- Build strong and positive relationships with parents and carers
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Plan stimulating and engaging activities both indoors and outdoors
- Create a warm, nurturing environment where children can flourish
About You
- Must hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Have experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
- Show a strong commitment to inclusive and outdoor learning
- Be eligible to work in the UK
