About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly, independent Montessori nursery and Forest School in Reigate (RH2). With over 25 years of experience, this well-established setting provides a nurturing, stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, create and develop through play. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a newly qualified practitioner or an experienced professional looking for a new challenge within a supportive, community-focused nursery.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and early years education
• Support children’s learning and development through play

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Previous Nursery Practitioner or similar experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
• Eligible to work in the UK
