About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery in Henley, Oxfordshire (RG9). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values high-quality early years education and professional growth. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities. You’ll work in our Preschool Room, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality childcare and early education following the EYFS framework
  • Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of every child in your care
  • Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
  • Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, professional nursery team
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

About You

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
