Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
• Act as key person for a group of children, supporting learning and development
• Plan and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities
• Liaise with parents and carers on children’s progress
• Role model best practice to team members
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and EYFS standards

About You

• Minimum Level 2+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Previous nursery practitioner experience or similar
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Team player with commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
• Eligible to work in the UK
