Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
• Provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Manage daily routines including meals, playtime, and naps
• Observe and assess children’s development and adapt activities accordingly
• Collaborate with other educators to develop innovative programmes
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and attendance

About You

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
• Excellent relationship-building skills with parents and carers
• Eligible to work in the UK
