Salary: £30,600 per year | £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Redhill, Surrey

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our outstanding, family-focused nursery near Redhill (RH1). Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage daily routines including meals, playtime, and naps
- Observe and assess children’s development and adapt activities accordingly
- Collaborate with other educators to develop innovative programmes
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and attendance
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
- Excellent relationship-building skills with parents and carers
- Eligible to work in the UK
