Nursery Practitioner – Ardingly, West Sussex, RH17
Salary: £31,096 per year | £14.95 per hour (depending on experience/qualification)
Days/Hours: 40 hours | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm
Contract: All Year Round / Permanent

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery in Ardingly, Sussex, RH17. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team delivering high-quality, play-based learning in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and early learning experiences
- Work collaboratively within the nursery team
- Support children’s development and celebrate achievements with families
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous nursery or childcare experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Passion for outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Eligible to work in the UK
