About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery team in Medstead, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a newly developed setting with a supportive team, excellent resources, and a curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Our Nursery provides a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to grow in confidence, explore their interests, and develop independence through play. This role is ideal for both newly qualified practitioners and experienced Nursery Practitioners looking to grow within a progressive and supportive childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times
• Support key children and their families in line with EYFS

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
• Eligible to work in the UK
