Nursery Third in Charge – Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Third in Charge to join their team in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
- Salary: Up to £34,000 per year | £16.35 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm
- Contract: All Year Round / Permanent
- Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of childcare and early years education for all children
- Lead your room with creativity, confidence, and care
- Support and inspire the team to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practice
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or above
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Eligible to work in the UK
