We are looking for a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly Early Years team in Farnborough, Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to take a leadership role within a nurturing, supportive, and homely nursery environment. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to deliver outstanding care and education, ensuring high standards across the setting while supporting staff development and day-to-day operations.

We are seeking someone confident in EYFS knowledge, passionate about early years development, and experienced in leading and motivating a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the nursery team alongside the Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
  • Plan and implement engaging, high-quality educational programmes
  • Build strong relationships with parents, children, and staff
  • Support management of budgets, resources, and nursery operations

About You

  • Previous leadership or Deputy Nursery Manager experience
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, child protection, and SEND
  • Experience in motivating, coaching, and developing staff teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build parent partnerships
  • Eligible to work in the UK
