Early Years Practitioner – Ascot, Berkshire, SL5
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join an Ofsted Outstanding nursery team in Ascot, Berkshire.
- Salary: £13.70 per hour (up to £28,500 per year)
- Hours: 40 hours over 4 days OR 30 hours over 3 days
- Contract: Permanent, all year round

Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard of childcare and early education for all children
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate nursery team
- Support children’s learning and development and share progress with families
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role
- Loyal, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
