About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery in East Sheen, London SW14.

Our nursery is set in a large, converted house across three levels, with a separate two-storey building for our 2–3 year olds. The main building includes five playrooms, a sensory room, an ICT suite, a separate sleep room for under twos, and children’s toilets and changing facilities on every level. We also have a spacious outdoor area suitable for all age groups, featuring a covered sand pit and Sensory Garden.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery
• Work as part of a passionate team and contribute to the running and development of the nursery
• Celebrate children’s learning and development with the child and their families
• Use your knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and child development to plan and deliver interest-led, engaging learning activities daily

About You

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
• Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or in a similar role
• Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
• Eligible to work in the UK
