Hours: 38 hours over 4 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our brand-new, hygge-inspired nursery in Molesey (KT8). Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day nursery operations
- Ensure high standards of care and education
- Safeguard children, staff, and families
- Support and develop the staff team
- Build strong relationships with families
- Deliver engaging EYFS-led learning experiences
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commitment to inclusive and outdoor learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
