FULL DESCRIPTION
Early Years Practitioner – Medstead, Hampshire, GU34
Salary: £28,000 per year | £13.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Days/Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days OR 30 hours over 3 days | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: All Year Round / Permanent
Location: Medstead, Hampshire

Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Support key children and their families in line with EYFS
About You
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Eligible to work in the UK
