What You'll Do

• Execute daily cleaning routines and deep cleans in pharmaceutical areas, including laboratories and manufacturing environments.
• Ensure all cleaning practices comply with regulations, including accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs and COSHH guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor or Customer Service Manager.
• Complete all required training related to pharmaceutical cleaning standards and use appropriate PPE.
• Understand and follow client policies for infection control and security.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers in pharmaceutical areas, building professional relationships.

What You'll Bring

• Cleaning experience is great, but not essential—we'll show you the ropes!
• Happy working solo or teaming up with others.
• Flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings.
• Good communication skills, customer-oriented approach, attention to detail, and understanding of COSHH and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Team player with good spoken and written communication skills.
