About the role

Help prepare, cook, and serve meals in a fast-paced kitchen
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards (EHO compliance)
Collaborate with front-of-house team for outstanding service
Cook and serve meals to military personnel
Oversee kitchen sanitation and best practices
Participate in high-profile events and functions
Engage in bulk cooking with consistency and quality

What we're looking for

Professional chef experience in catering or hospitality
Recognised culinary qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3)
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
Ability to work under pressure in a team
Passion for cooking and quality service

Desirable Skills

Experience in military or government catering
IOSH qualification
MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
