About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HSEQ Advisor to join our team at Merville Barracks, Colchester. This role supports the delivery and improvement of HSEQ standards across a multi-service PFI contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive HSEQ support across all operations
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
- Manage HSE processes and SEMS documentation
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Develop and review SHEF documentation and SOPs
- Support risk assessments and emergency planning
Requirements
- NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Tech IOSH membership (or equivalent)
- CIEH Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety (Level 3)
- Proven SHEF experience across multiple services
- ISO 45001/14001 internal auditor qualification or experience
- Strong IT and communication skills
