What you'll do

• Set service areas and ensure condiments, glasses, cups are neatly arranged.
• Ensure beverages are displayed per specification.
• Ensure coffee machine is ready to use.
• Load service counters and maintain supplies.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation.
• Clear tables and bring used items to dishwashing area.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to lounge customers.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Report customer feedback.
• Liaise with chef and Emirates lounge team.
• Handle coffee machine cleaning process.
• Vacuum carpets and mop tiled areas.
• Complete temperature records and cleaning schedules.
• Assist with stock take.
• Ensure all products are date coded and labelled.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, health & safety procedures.

What you'll bring

Essential: Barista and bartending experience, barista trained, highly motivated, attention to detail, able to work on own initiative within a team environment.

Desirable: Lounge experience, airport experience.
