What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services on client site
  • Clean all allocated areas efficiently and to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards, including daily, weekly, and periodic tasks
  • Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, SOPs, and site-specific security procedures at all times
  • Use cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment safely, reporting faults and hazards promptly
  • Maintain accurate cleaning schedules and ensure safety signage is used appropriately
  • Keep cleaning stores, equipment, and work areas clean, secure, and well organised
  • Support multiple sites and provide cover during sickness, holidays, and out-of-hours requirements
  • Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors, delivering excellent customer service

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience working within a cleaning team, ideally in a compliance-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of health & safety practices, COSHH, and safe systems of work
  • A professional, reliable, and flexible approach to work, including multi-site support
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet service expectations
  • Willingness to undertake training and follow company and client procedures
