As a Security Officer at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for colleagues, visitors and contractors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring site security standards are upheld while delivering a professional and approachable service at all times.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and security.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor and control access to the site
  • Conduct regular patrols and security checks
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
  • Complete accurate incident reports and site documentation
  • Support health & safety and compliance procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with the wider security and site teams
  • Ensure all security protocols are followed consistently

What you bring

  • Valid SIA Licence
  • First Aid qualification
  • Previous security experience in a corporate or industrial environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good observational and reporting skills
  • Full driving licence required
  • Flexible and professional approach to work
