What you'll do

• Support the Head Chef to deliver culinary and food safety elements, including client tastings, chef briefings, food safety compliance, operational standards, and event delivery.
• Be highly organised in kitchen management on a day-to-day basis (mainly kitchen based, may require small office work).
• Demonstrate knowledge of current food trends and bring innovation into food offers for events.
• Support and work with F&B Manager and restaurant managers to build positive relationships.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrable experience in a high volume environment - major events or banqueting operation.
• Fine Dining background, gained in hotels, restaurants or contract catering.
• A passionate interest in the catering industry.
• Competent communication and presentation skills.
• Evidence of being organised with excellent planning skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of chefs.
