About the role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Kitchen Porter at Shell Centre, York Road, London, SE1 7NA. Monday to Friday with shift variations of 8-16.00, 8.30-16.30, 9.30-17.30. Free gym on site. This role delivers in more ways than one. We're passionate about cooking up exceptional service to our corporate colleagues and clients, and we know that a clean and efficient kitchen is the key in making that possible.

What you'll do

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues

What you'll bring

• Level 2 Health and Safety/Level 2 Food Safety
• Basic COSHH knowledge
• We provide full training, but if you’ve worked in a kitchen before, that’s a plus!
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A good eye for cleanliness and hygiene
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in
