What you'll do

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer

Additional Responsibilities

• To attend health and safety and food safety training courses as required.
• To ensure all products stored / displayed are date coded, Stock rotated & labelled correctly. Using the shelf-life rule.
• To rigorously follow the unit cleaning schedules
• To attend to any reasonable request made by the client or [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Management.
• To assist the Management with stock take when required.

Essential

• Previous Bartending experience is essential
• Must be available for the shifts mentioned
• Flexibility in regards to work availability
• Engaging and friendly personality
• Self-motivated attitude
• Confident working in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great Team player

Desirable

• Lounge experience

Shift work pattern: 2 early 2 late 2 off (4 on 2 off)

Shift: Early 0500-1400 Late 1330-2230
