About the Role

33 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Free on-site parking and free meal whilst on shift.

• Organise, support, and deliver high-quality meal preparation and presentation across all sites.
• Deputise for the Head Chef when required.
• Ensure all food is prepared safely with full consideration of dietary requirements and allergens.
• Lead compliance with Health & Safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
• Manage key kitchen operations including menu planning, rotas, ordering, deliveries, stock control, and inventory management.
• Monitor site performance and ensure efficient service delivery within budget.

What You Bring

• Food Safety Level 2 (minimum) with allergy awareness training.
• Strong knife skills and solid knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Proactive, flexible approach to duties and working hours.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and customer service skills.
• IT and systems literate, with experience in reporting, quality assurance, and monitoring data.
