What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes with attention to detail and a passion for great food
• Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with food preparation, stock rotation, and smooth breakfast service
• Deliver excellent customer service during breakfast service, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and efficient experience
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety across the kitchen and service areas
• Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning duties, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are kept clean and organised
• Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture while bringing enthusiasm and new ideas to the team

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high volume setting
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
