What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality food service when required, ensuring excellent standards and a great customer experience
- Support and deliver engaging site tours, including hosting visits for pupils from local schools, helping to showcase the workplace and build community connections
- Be a friendly and professional point of contact for employees, clients and visitors
- Maintain clean, organised and inviting spaces across meeting rooms, communal areas and reception spaces
- Respond promptly to service requests and incoming communications
- Support safe working practices by monitoring and reporting Health & Safety matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
- A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
