About the Role

Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging role? Do you have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills? As an Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and residents at HMP Altcourse. You will also create, maintain, and promote an environment demonstrating adherence to safety and security.

Key attributes we look for include interpersonal skills, proactive approach to equality and inclusion, health and safety, willingness to challenge inappropriate behaviour, ability to work alone or in a team, and a systematic approach to tasks. All training is provided over a four-week programme.
