About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our healthcare catering team. You will assist in preparing high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and serve meals to high standards
  • Assist with menu planning, stock control, and food ordering
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
  • Support the Head Chef and wider catering team
  • Prepare special dietary meals as required
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar catering or chef role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • A positive attitude and passion for food service
