About the Role
As a Kitchen Assistant at the Singapore Airlines Lounge Terminal 2, you will be part of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Live! team, delivering exceptional hospitality at exclusive venues.
What you'll do
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
- Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts.
- Disposing of rubbish
- Organising linen laundry
- Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
What you'll bring
Essential
- Kitchen experience is a must
- You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address.
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
