About the role
Chef De Partie
We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef De Partie to join our team at the newly opening Unilever campus in Kingston Upon Thames. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new site launch, delivering high-quality food experiences within a corporate environment.
You will support the kitchen team in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys working in a professional environment with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard
- Support daily kitchen operations and food service delivery
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Ensure compliance with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] food safety procedures
- Assist with stock control, food preparation, and service
- Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to deliver a great food experience
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering (essential)
- Food Safety Level 2 (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety practices
- Experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for food quality and customer service
