About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Co-ordinator to join our team at a high-profile corporate site in Southampton, SO14 7EJ. This role is ideal for a proactive and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional workplace experiences. The Workplace Coordinator will support the delivery of facilities services, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation while maintaining a high-quality customer experience. You will play a key role in creating a positive and consistent workplace journey for all users, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support daily operations
- Coordinate service delivery across assigned areas, promoting teamwork and high standards
- Provide front-line customer support, resolving queries professionally and efficiently
- Support the Workplace Manager in monitoring service delivery against contract requirements
- Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and workplace experience
- Conduct floor checks, reporting and escalating issues as required
- Assist with cleaning audits and maintain overall service standards
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and GDPR requirements
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
- Coordinate daily team activities and assist with resource planning
- Act as a key point of contact for workplace and facilities-related queries
- Maintain accurate processes and documentation across service areas
- Collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Promote a positive safety culture and support a flexible, one-team approach
Ideal Candidate

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Experience supporting service delivery against KPIs and SLAs
- Confident in handling customer queries and ensuring a seamless workplace experience
- Proactive in identifying improvements and enhancing service standards
- Committed to maintaining compliance and a strong safety culture
