We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Co-ordinator to join our team at a high-profile corporate site in Southampton, SO14 7EJ. The Workplace Coordinator will support the delivery of facilities services, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation while maintaining a high-quality customer experience. You will play a key role in creating a positive and consistent workplace journey for all users, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support daily operations
  • Coordinate service delivery across assigned areas, promoting teamwork and high standards
  • Provide front-line customer support, resolving queries professionally and efficiently
  • Support the Workplace Manager in monitoring service delivery against contract requirements
  • Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and workplace experience
  • Conduct floor checks, reporting and escalating issues as required
  • Assist with cleaning audits and maintain overall service standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and GDPR requirements
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
  • Coordinate daily team activities and assist with resource planning
  • Act as a key point of contact for workplace and facilities-related queries
  • Maintain accurate processes and documentation across service areas
  • Collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Promote a positive safety culture and support a flexible, one-team approach
