What you'll do
- Setting up the kitchen prior to a lounge opening
- Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line
- Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
- Assisting with marinating, cutting, and precooking foods
- Cleaning the kitchen before the Lounge closes
- Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap.
- Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
- Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment
What you'll bring
- Previous chef experience
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop craft skills in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic food hygiene
- Good customer service skills

- 37.33 hours per week
- Casual role with an opportunity to be made permanent upon gaining references for full time pass.
- You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address.
- Early and Late Shifts (early 4:30-13:00, late 13:30-22:00)
- 4 days on 2 days off
