Main Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and operational delivery of a major client account across Scotland
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery across all sites, aligned with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s standards and values
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency
- Lead, inspire, and develop on‑site and regional teams to deliver outstanding results
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring commercial targets, budgets, and KPIs are achieved
- Identify opportunities to enhance services, expand scope, and support account growth
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
The Ideal Candidate
You will bring proven experience in a senior operational or client‑facing leadership role, ideally within a service‑driven, multi‑site environment. You will have a strong track record of:
- Managing large‑scale client accounts with complex operational requirements
- Building influential relationships with senior stakeholders
- Leading high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence
- Delivering operational, financial, and commercial performance
- Driving innovation, continuous improvement, and service enhancement
