About the role

Night Shift Specialist Cleaning Supervisor - Macclesfield, SK10 2NA

What you'll do

  • Ensure a clean and compliant environment within GMP assets, in line with GMP requirements.
  • Supervise day-to-day cleaning, general waste removal, recycling and deep cleans in a GMP environment.
  • Manage a team of night workers across GMP areas.
  • Meet customer demands by completing cleaning tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly completed and within agreed timescales.
  • Actively seek opportunities for business growth.
  • Walk the floor to identify and rectify cleaning standard issues; carry out Great Training and GMP training.
  • Ensure Sterile Stock and Plant Pyjamas are stocked to necessary levels.
  • Attend/carry out team board meetings in absence of Customer Service Manager.
  • Comply with all Company & Client policies, site rules, Health & Safety, COSHH, and statutory regulations.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in cleaning within a GMP environment or similar (e.g. food standards).
  • Industry acumen and knowledge of cleaning tasks.
  • Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives.
  • Personal innovation and passion.
  • Demonstrative customer focus and service skills.
  • Strong communication.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • IT and Systems literate.
