About the role

Perform and direct overall store management of the Subway restaurant at Wythenshawe Hospital. Ensure prompt and efficient preparation and service of all food to the standard outlined in the Subway operations manual and to the client's satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the unit. Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and their operational teams throughout the trust.

What You'll Do

• Ensure all food is prepared with due care, especially regarding customers' special dietary requirements (nut, dairy, or wheat allergies).
• Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organization.
• Carry out accountancy, documentation, and administration procedures accurately and on time.
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Kitchen Works Restaurant Operations Manual and analyze records to increase sales.
• Control and monitor financial performance of the unit and maintain costs within pre-budgeted targets.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives and communicate changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Maintain standards and integrity of the service offer and Service Level Agreement, including daily service audits and Key Performance Indicators.

What You Bring

• Strong operational background in fast-food service, leisure, or retail sectors.
• Experienced leader and developer of teams, effective at directing others.
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
• Willingness to get involved and flexible approach to working.
• Ability to work well under pressure and self-motivate.
