What you'll do
- Working as part of the kitchen team under the Chef Manager.
- Deputise for chef manager in their absence
- Monitor portion control and minimise waste to support cost targets.
- Assist in menu planning and continuous improvement of food offer.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
- Working in a busy corporate catering environment with varying demand.
- Maintaining food quality and consistency during peak service times.
- Supporting ordering and stock management to avoid shortages or waste.

- Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture
What you'll bring
Essential
- Level 2 Food Hygiene
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of stock ordering and cost control.
Desirable
- Experience in contract catering or corporate environments.
- Level 3 Food Hygiene
