What you'll do

• Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food in line with company standards and HACCP guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service, creating a friendly and welcoming environment
• Carry out cashier duties accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, tables, condiments, and all service areas
• Support with stock rotation and safe storage of goods (first in, first out)
• Ensure equipment is used safely, maintained, and faults reported promptly
• Monitor and record fridge/freezer/hot cupboard temperatures in line with food safety standards

What you'll bring

• Previous experience working in a catering or hospitality team (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude
• Ability to adapt to a standards-driven, compliance-focused environment
• Strong teamwork skills, working effectively and professionally with colleagues and customers
• Willingness to learn, receive training, and continuously improve service standards
• High personal hygiene, professional appearance, and adherence to uniform requirements
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and handle incidents responsibly
• Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service
