As a Sous Chef at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in Priory Hospital Enfield, you’ll help lead in delivering high-quality meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
  • Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
  • Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

What you bring:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and at least 3 years’ experience as a chef
  • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Clear, respectful communication and a strong team spirit
