About the Role

• 37 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-16:00, with flexibility

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at HM Naval Base, Portsmouth PO1 3HH. As a Cleaning Operative with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will play a key role in ensuring facilities remain clean, safe, and presentable. You'll interact with armed forces personnel daily.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out cleaning duties across designated areas, including accommodation (changing bedding), offices, corridors, washrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
• Ensure cleaning standards meet client expectations
• Follow cleaning schedule
• Report maintenance issues or hazards
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with team members
