About the role

As a Facility Operative with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

• Own and take responsibility for an allocated floor area, ensuring a 5 star customer service experience
• Be the first point of contact for customers and build relationships at all levels
• Ensure floor area compliance with Health and Safety and environmental procedures
• Report faults and issues to relevant service partners
• Monitor and maintain Multi-Functional printing devices, vend hubs, and drinks machines
• Issue Permit to Works and ATWS, and use FLTs as needed
• Undertake induction of new customers and maintain full building knowledge
• Diagnose problems and propose practical solutions under pressurised situations
