What You’ll Do
- Wash and sanitise all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, equipment, and food service items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all back-of-house areas.
- Assist with cleaning and organising fridges and freezers, ensuring food storage areas remain safe and hygienic.
- Crush and dispose of cardboard and packaging safely.
- Follow all health and safety, fire, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
- Report accidents, near misses, and equipment shortages promptly.
What You Bring
- Positive, can-do attitude with commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work reliably under pressure.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Enhanced DBS clearance required.
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality desirable but not essential.
