What You’ll Do

  • Wash and sanitise all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, equipment, and food service items.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all back-of-house areas.
  • Assist with cleaning and organising fridges and freezers, ensuring food storage areas remain safe and hygienic.
  • Crush and dispose of cardboard and packaging safely.
  • Follow all health and safety, fire, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
  • Report accidents, near misses, and equipment shortages promptly.

What You Bring

  • Positive, can-do attitude with commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work reliably under pressure.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required.
  • Previous experience in catering or hospitality desirable but not essential.
