In Brief
This role is for a strong senior engineer / tech lead who can bring AI into delivery teams in two ways: using AI tooling to improve engineering productivity and building products that incorporate AI/LLM features.
The Role
As a Lead AI Consultant, you will operate as a senior technical leader on client work. Responsibilities include: designing and delivering AI-enabled software, helping clients decide where AI adds value, developing features like RAG, summarisation, AI agents, and setting teams up for sustainable success through strong engineering practices.
Experience, Qualifications & Your Approach
You are a strong senior software engineer / tech lead with experience in production software, technical leadership, practical AI application in teams, strong engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, observability), and confidence working with AI uncertainty.
Offering
